Access Statement

At Frankaborough farm, we are committed to ensure that all our guests receive a warm welcome and cater for any special requirements or disabilities to make their stay a comfortable one. To prevent any discrimination towards our guests the following statement meets all relevant legalisation.

Visually and Hearing impaired – We would ask guests to advise us at the time of booking so upon arrival we can assist you in anyway to make your stay comfortable and to be aware of assistants required incase of emergency. 

Approach / Entrance

The approach to the farm is down a rural tarmac lane. There is ample parking with easy access to the holiday cottages and good lighting / street lamps in-situ everywhere.

Frankaborough Cottage

Frankaborough cottage is a converted barn built on three levels. This cottage is the first property on the left after passing through the entrance. There are two steps up to the front door. The ground floor provides one double bedroom with an en-suite walk in shower and also a separate bathroom. The carpeted staircase has five steps which lead to the main level. The spacious lounge and dining room have wood floors creating a level surface for the less mobile. There are two steps down to sitting area which over looks the garden. From the lounge area to level three, there are carpeted steps which lead to two bedrooms with wood flooring.

The Old Dairy

Entrance to ground floor with open plan, lounge kitchen and dining room and walk in toilet with sink. Carpeted stair case leads to two bedrooms and bathroom with over bath shower.

The Old Shippon

There are two steps up to the patio in front of the cottage. Through the entrance door there is walk in toilet/sink, open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge with laminate flooring. Carpeted staircase leads to two bedrooms and bathroom with over bath shower.

i-Hut

Level path to wooden decking, bedroom and bathroom (with walk in shower) and kitchen / dining area are on one level, loft sleeping area accessible via loft ladder.

The Haven

Entrance via single walk in level (no steps). All amenities are on the same level. Bathroom has walk in shower.
