The Retreat
The Retreat is a secluded luxury cottage with beautiful views across Devon farmland and view of Dartmoor beyond.
A recent conversion of a former barn, all on one level with modern facilities, yet retaining the original charm and character.
The layout is open plan with separate bathroom with walk in shower. Features a double bed and sofa bed to accommodate 2+2. There is also a fully fitted kitchen area. flat screen TV and dining area with wonderful views of the lake and Dartmoor beyond.
The galley style kitchen features a combination microwave / oven, dishwasher fridge freezer, and washing machine. It well insulated with gas central heating.
Outside there is parking for 2 cars, a patio area with barbeque and fire pit (logs provided).
